I’m an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, registered with UKCP & BACP, and work with individual adults.
I work with a wide range of issues, while also specialising in the following areas: depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions and men's issues. See Issue Specialisms below for further detail.
I work in consulting rooms in Brighton and Hove, in Lewes, and also online.
How I see psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers clients a confidential space to step aside from everyday life where we explore the difficulties you struggle with with curiosity and compassion.

Through this process, we begin to understand your emotional reactions and behavioural patterns - such as feeling angry, frustrated, scared, withdrawing or self-criticising - while you begin to build a new self-awareness.
If your concern is a challenging life transition or a recent loss we'll come to a new way of understanding that serves you better.
These new ways of seeing and responding to previously difficult issues or relationships will enable you to live more fully and freely.

Free phone consultation
The first step is for us to have a chat. I offer a 30 minute free phone consultation where we'll discuss what issues bring you to psychotherapy, I can answer any questions you may have and you'll get a sense if working with me feels right. We'll then discuss possible options moving forwards.

Practice locations
I practice out of two locations: Mondays I work in the Lewes practice, and from Tuesday to Thursday I work from the Hove practice. Please contact me to discuss specific availability.
